From that to this in 45 days


I know the lighting is pretty bad in the 2nd pic.. but I’ve been spending about 4 hours give or take at the gym everyday giving my absolute everything. I’ve been dieting but I’m not as strict with that as I am with my exercise. I just don’t drink my calories anymore.. I still have a long way to go and it’ll start taking longer to get the stubborn weight off.. but slow progress is still progress. I find most of my motivation in criticism so if you have eyes and have any work out/dieting tips please leave a comment :)
