I NEED HELP

Please don't just say rush to the ER I literally wish I could but I can't and won't long story short I FEEL LIKE DEATH I'm weak tired can't breath and more but DO PPL feel like this right before they slip into active labor I feel her deep with in my butt and vajj having sharp pains down there but I have a very important meeting..my point is why do I feel like I'm about to die and is that a weird sign of labor on top of pains and increased dis-ch I have noone to watch my 1yr old so ER is not an option bc they might keep me
