Super heavy flow
How do y’all deal with having a super heavy flow from having the copper iud? I go through a super tampon in like 2 hours and then I’m leaking and have to change it asap. I don’t want to use a menstrual cup because I’m scared of pulling out my iud. Does anyone have any advice on dealing with heavy periods and if they lighten up over the years and go back to how they were before?
