Happy weight

Before my SO & I started dating I was at a very happy point with my body weighing around 160. I was curvy, but had a slim waist & my stomach didn’t stick out much at all. Since being with him for 2 years, I’ve gained 40 pounds. I want to start loosing weight but I find it so hard to stay motivated to be healthier while in a relationship. We enable each others unhealthy habits.

Gym is a no go for us, so everything will be done at home or at parks, trails, so on & so forth. Any tips??
