FEAR OF BIRTH CONTROL

Hi guys.

i’m a teenager who is new to the world of birth control after very painful periods for about 3 years. i’m also a teen who has recently been battling an excessive fear of throwing up and getting sick. i’ll be starting my birth control soon and i’m beyond scared that the vomit side effect will hit me. i’m literally shaking while writing this and idk what i could do to calm my nerves. Any help?
