What to eat after having Gallbladder out

Question

I had my gallbladder out Friday and so far all I’ve ate is soup and crackers and water. I’m scared to try anything because I heard if I eat the wrong thing it will make me sick! I got my gallbladder out so I wouldn’t be sick anymore. Lol 
I guess what I’m asking is what are some things I can eat?

Thank you ladies! So far soup and crackers and blue jello has been my life. Mainly jello! But man am I sore today I sneezed for the first time last night and about threw up

My doctor told me not to have anything fried or too fatty for 6 weeks. At around 4 weeks I went to Olive Garden with my family and got really sick.

Low fat low dairy for first month worked for me. 
I had toast and fruit the night of my operation and was back to fairly normal foods in 2 days just keep it light.

You can slowly begin introducing solids, just stick to a low fat diet for a few weeks. I ate mashed potatoes, cream of wheat, toast, soups, etc. the gallbladder holds fluid that helps you digest fats so if you had a big fattening meal of fried food you would get an upset stomach and diarrhea most likely. 
In the beginning I took probiotics and fiber supplements and also an bile supplement which helps you break down fats. It seemed to help, I’ve got horrible digestion and I had no issue transitioning back to my usual diet.
