Help, spits up through nose, and gets congested.

My sweet baby girl, who is otherwise a healthy 1 month old, spits up and it comes out of her nose, causing her to become congested and unable to breath. This happens once or twice a day. Not always to the point of her not breathing, but it is clearly uncomfortable for her. She did start turning blue once before I could get it suctioned out. I'm looking for any tips to either help reduce the times she spits up, or to keep it from coming out of her nose.

Side note, I did buy a Nose Frida and it seems to help with clearing her passageways faster.
