Could it be?

Period is due tomorrow. All night last night I kept waking up (I normally sleep through the entire night) with these cramps, not too intense but I could feel them, and waves of nausea that made me feel like I had to go straight to the bathroom. I could just be reading too much into it but this is definitely not normal. I’m also having a bunch milky white discharge, where as normally I would be completely dry by now. Has anyone else experienced this and had a BFP?
