Weird twinge in my uterus

So yesterday I picked up my 15 month old to put him in the cart and I felt this weird twinge feeling in my uterus. Then I did it a little bit later and felt it again I haven’t since then it didn’t hurt or anything just a weird feeling. Has anyone else felt that before? We miscarried in January and my nauseous is kinda tapering off I’m 7 weeks I usually am really sick till 12 weeks and I haven’t been this time around I had one day of throwing up and just 24 7 nausea. My ultrasound the other day was great everything looked good but I know how fast that can change.
