What’s going on with my period?

So I had some bleeding a week before my period was due. By some I mean only when I wiped and super lite. It stoped a day before I was due and I haven’t gotten any signs of it coming I have watery white dis charge and lite annoying on again off again pains in my tummy. I’m bloating boobs are looking bigger. I’m 3 days past my period and the test was negative so more or less I’m asking should I wait another week or go see a doctor coz something is wrong ( I don’t believe I’m pregnant) the pains even tho they are lite they still hurt like crazy but not where a period cramp normally is. Along with feeling like I’m going to throw up and dizzy moments to the point I have to had my son over to his father before I drop him or pass out myself
