My husband and I are lying about ttc

We want a baby, but our families think its too soon and we're too young. But I'm 23 he's 25 and I already have a slim chance of getting pregnant to begin with. So we decided to try against the wishes of our family.

But here's the kicker instead of telling them and dealing with the backlash of advice of why we should wait. We decided to just act like its a surprise.

As far as they know I'm still on the shot. Which expired in August.

The only thing is I feel bad for lying.

My husband says its for the good of our happiness and its only a temporary lie.
