Fertility appt next week!!

Hello girls! I am so excited to go back to the fertility clinic to start back on our journey!! I have a few questions for those of you who have done fertility meds with or without IUI. I know the dr will want me to start with either Femara or clomid. I’m going to see if I can do timed intercourse rather than IUI because of insurance and taking time off of work. Can someone tell me what has been the treatment plan with Femara and timed intercourse. I’m trying to plan ahead. Thanks!!
