Anyone else not ovulating after miscarriage?

I had a D&C at 10 weeks back in January and I don’t think I have ovulated since. My period is irregular and when I get it it’s either very very heavy or very light. The color is bright red and I don’t get any PMS symptoms (cramping, sore breasts, etc.) My most recent one was for 11 days. I have done some research and I don’t think I am ovulating. Did this happen to anyone else? I want to try again so badly!
