Update after 2 chemicals

Just got back from my OB follow up appt after having a second chemical pregnancy. She was surprised that the office never did any confirmatory bloodwork, which I had asked about on the phone but they said they would only do it at the 6 week appt. I didn’t make it until then.

She said this is a very grey area for their practice since it was so early and immediately referred me to a fertility specialist where they can do further testing/labwork and probably a semen analysis.

My appt is for June 4th for a consultation. My fiancé and I don’t know if we should continue trying before then (my OB gave me the okay.) I’ve read that the chances are slim for a 3rd chemical but my fear is if we get pregnant again and the same thing happens before we’ve even seen the doctor. Opinions/advice?
