Did better on antagonist than microflare - DOR

So I did a lupron microflare protocol first because of DOR, and it failed spectacularly ( basically very poor response and was cancelled due to small follicle size). My doctor suggested donor eggs because she thought it would be the same response on antagonist, if not worse. I told her I wanted to try anyway. Soooo, I’m 11 days in with 3 follicles of 14-15mm, 4 of 10-11mm and s couple smaller) and will need a couple more days before retrieval. While it’s not a crazy or fast response, it’s clearly much better than she expected. Just wanted to let you older or DOR not to give up easily with IVF. What works for one may not work for the other!
