Positive tests and now bleeding

I took 3 pregnancy tests yesterday and all came out positive, so I told my husband and we both got so excited.

This morning I woke up around 12:30 with severe cramping. When I went to the bathroom I saw that I was bleeding. It’s not as thick or dark as my usual period, but I’ve been cramping and bleeding all day. I called my ob and left a voicemail this morning but haven’t heard from them yet. Is it possible that it was just a chemical pregnancy or false positives? I was so excited and am now just trying to not be heartbroken.
