Anyone had the Anti D injection recently?

I'm Rh Negative, this is my second pregnancy. Ive had the Anti D before in my first pregnancy due too a small bleed at 23/24 weeks. Had it again in my leg after I gave birth but I didn't feel it due too being on gas and air. Everything around me that was happening.

Currently 28 weeks 1 day and due too have my Anti D with my second pregnancy this Thursday.

First time I remember it wasn't so bad just a little sting and my arm was aching. It was done by a trainee doctor when I had my small bleed. It was in my upper arm in my muscle

Some reason I am nervous too get it done again. What can I do too take my mind off it? I'm not a big fan of needles but I don't mind my blood being taken
