Letrozole and ovulation timing?

I had no idea there was a dedicated letrozole group! I posted on another page (see below) but sadly with no responses...any insight ladies?

Hi, keep testing with the strips and maybe also test a pregnancy one. My reproductive endocrinologist told me that you take letrezole cd3-6 if you do not ovulate on your own and 5-9 of your eggs just need a boost. My OB didn’t know this when she prescribed it to me. As soon as I made the cycle day changes, i fell pregnant. It’s possible that you are about to ovulate but it’s also possible that you may be experiencing the weird phenomenon where OPKs go positive when you’re actually pregnant if you truly did ovulate on cd9

I think letrozole does affect the test strips. My doctor didn’t want me to start testing until cd10. How long are your cycles normally? When I took letrozole... I ovulated right at day 14... which is completely normal for me

I think if you test too early you can get positive early. My first cycle 2.5 mg I consistently got (nearly) positives but progesterone lab showed I didn’t even ovulate....🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️
