I don’t know if this is rape, but I’ve been going to therapy and have been thinking about bringing it up but I don’t know what I should call it. Here’s the situation:

Me and this guy J were making out. One thing led to another, and my pants and underwear came off. He was eating me out, then started to eat my ass. I felt him spitting on my butt and really trying to get my butt really wet. Then he stopped and I felt him rub the tip of his dick on my butthole. I asked him what he was doing, (because I had previously told him I didn’t want to have sex because I don’t want to get played) and he said “relax, I’m not gonna put it in.” He kept rubbing it on my butthole and then I felt it go in and it definitely wasn’t slow and gentle. At first I kinda tried to go with it, because I was turned on but I also didn’t feel right about it because of my view on early sex but I wasn’t sure how I felt about it. After a few strokes the pain just got unbearable and I told him to stop and he didn’t. I had to physically turn around in the bed to get him to stop. After, I asked what the hell is wrong with him, and he got defensive and said “you wanted it.” That just made me furious and I kicked him out. Is this considered rape?
