Can a toddler sense pregnancy?

My 14 month old daughter has been clingy for nearly 3 weeks. She won't go too anyone like her nana or autine's. She absolutely loves her nana and autine's I've seen a huge change in her I'm 28+1 with my second baby.

On 2 occasions I had a dentist appointment and my daughter was in her pram and just started crying that much she was boaking and her face was pure red. Yesterday I had my antenatal appointment at hospital and she burst out crying and choking as the woman was touching my stomach too listen too the baby. When I got my bloods done too.

She goes too her dad no bother just when it's me and her with my family she won't go too them she will play about but will cry even if I walk out the room. When her dad take her too visit his family she doesn't do that?

When im on the couch she can stand up against it but isn't walking, I show her my tummy. I rub and say aw the baby, she puts her hand on my bump and rubs it softly when I say gentle.

Has anyone else experienced this? I know she's got a tooth coming in but surely all this can't be related too her teething.
