The many reasons pregnant women pee themselves

Ok so since it’s been almost 6 years since I was last pregnant this is all kind of new to me again and I forgot how many things there were that could make me pee myself and I just thought I’d share a few of the main ones for the fun of it

.sneezing

.trying to fart I feel like any time I try to push out a fart a pee myself a little lol

.heaving to hard while puking I learned this one all over again yesterday when morning sickness decided to show up after dinner 😫

.coughing

.laughing to hard yes I’ve done this many times already

Can y’all think of any others? Comment below with your funny story’s where you accidentally wet yourself. It’s just a part of pregnancy but sadly I’m only 13 weeks and this is already happening!!! Lol
