Can you guys please convince me im not crazyq

I shared my story yesterday about my doctor thinking its a hidden twin.. does anyone see anything thats off in my ultrasound photos. I go for a scan tomorrow at 1pm. Id really appreciate the imput!! Thanks gals. First picture on top is 11w6d and second picture on bottom is 15w5d. Im measuring 21cm though. Please let me know what you guys think. I didnt get much imput yesterday.. thanks yall
