Newborn Nonstop Eating/Crying

Hey ladies!

I’m desperate for some help here!

My newborn is 3 weeks old and for 1 week and a half has been presenting with stomach issues.

(I’ve been breastfeeding since the beginning.)

He’s gassy and fussy. He nurses ALL day long like for 40 minutes long and then within another 30 minutes nurses again. He barely will sleep during the day and just cries and fusses. We’ve given gas drops and gripe water to help.

I’m wondering if he’s not getting enough breastmilk. He sleeps fantastic at night and wakes every 3-4 hours so 3 feeds usually.

He doesn’t cry or fuss at night it’s only day time. The pedi seems to blow me off but this is not normal since my other two kids never were like this! Any advice is appreciated and highly welcomed!
