Should I record my bbt or skip that morning?

Should I still record my bbt if I woke up and was laying in bed a while? I didn't sit up or leave bed, or talk or anything like that, but I was laying in bed not fully awake yet for like half an hour. Is it still accurate to record? Or should I just skip that morning?

I usually 'wake up' a while before I actually move and get out of bed. Sometimes I succeed in getting back to sleep. Should I just try to record my bbt whenever I wake up? (So if I wake up at 4am and try to go back to sleep for my alarm at 5:30, I'll record my bbt at 4? Because if I do it at 5:30 I haven't slept long enough)
