Having symptoms and don't know what to do

I have a head cold as of this morning and sore boobs and nipples and blooded and constipated and have had a sharp pain in my left lower back that last maybe only 7 seconds and some off and on again pain down there but the sore boobs and nipples and blooded has been like that for 3 to 4 days now and I am tired a lot more then usual what do you guys think?

am I pregnant or its just a head cold?

Or is it all in my head?
