Cramps for days after

Anyone experience cramps after trying, for the past couple months I have consistently had them following my fertile week after we've tried, and it always makes me hope something is trying to work down there ;-) just not sure if this is normal. First month came down with my first yeast infection and then every month after that with his sperm it's like for days after cramps! Frustrating...
