I miscarried on the 3rd of April and I still haven’t had a period, or even signs of one. When should I expect to have one?

Depends on you body and how far along you are. My first miscarriage I had my period as a normal 28 day cycle. Cycle day 1 was when I started bleeding from my miscarriage.
