Ok ladies. So I am on the last day of AF (day 6 of AF and it's usually 5-7 days) and had only been spotting (brownish and only when j wiped). I got a really bad pain today in both my back (left side by ribs) and my abdomen (left side kinda by like ovary) it hurt so bad and I was in tears. It lasted about 20 minutes and when I used the bathroom it was bright red blood again!
