My period has been every four weeks on the dot since I got off my birth control. My period was 3 weeks late. It started normal then it got super painful. I normally am a super light bleeder and this time i am bleeding through regulars every few hours. Sorry tmi. Now I am having such bad cramps I can't even move. My lower back hurts. And my period is super chunky and heavy (not normal for me at all). Sorry for the tmi but I'm so confused. Help?
