Spotting between period

Hey there,

My periods are normally very regular and I have little to no spotting between them. I have an upcoming trip to Punta Cana in less then two weeks and I have had so much anxiety for the past two weeks or so. I had my period CD 1-5 then spotted on the 8th due to possible abrasion inside from rough sex then CD 12 I had some light spotting, then today just going into CD 14 a bit of spotting as well. Could it be stress induced? I would say my stress level has dramatically increased.
