Selfish?

A few days ago one of my husband and I’s close friends gave birth to her daughter (she now has 3 kids). I am currently almost 18 weeks pregnant but at my appointment at 13 weeks I got told that I was still at a high risk to lose our daughter (our first child and first pregnancy) due to chromosomal abnormalities. Is it selfish of me to be sad when i see pictures of the new baby or consider not going to see our friend because I cant be fully happy for her? Any thoughts or advice would be appreciated.
