Could this be part of my mucus plug?

Im 39+3 weeks

I walked at the gym for 30 minutes this morning, went just under 1.5 miles (I had intentions of walking 2 but got really uncomfortable). Came home, had breakfast, went to the bathroom. After I wiped this was in the toilet paper.

There was a blob yesterday also, same color and similar in size, once after using the bathroom and it was about 3 hours after walking.

I’ve been cramping for the past week and had a strong one around 2 this morning but only minor ones since.
