Bleeding @ 20 weeks 4 days😩

Hey ladies, this is my first pregnancy and so far things have gone relatively smoothly however I have a genetic defect called uterus didelphic. Pretty much I have two uteruses and two cervixes instead of one, OB is pretty convinced I have two vaginas as well😂 Woke up this morning with blood stained underwear, definitely not enough to fill a pad and bleeding appears to have since subsided however still cause for concern. I know my pregnancy is slightly different due to my condition but did any other mamas experience bleeding this late in pregnancy?
