Makeup rubbing off please HELP

Okay y’all I’m so tired of my makeup rubbing off. Please PLEASE give me some pointers or products to help this from happening. Here is what I already use and the order I do my makeup:

Moisturizer- cerave (idk how to spell) I was told by my dermatologist to use this cause of a skin condition.

Primer- Becca ever-matte

Fenty beauty foundation

Marc Jacobs bronzer

Tarte blush

Then my brows and eyes

I set my face with powder and setting spray:

Laura Mercier translucent power

Urban decay all nighter

This is it!! Maybe I’m doing something wrong. If so please tell me (but don’t be rude, everyone does their makeup differently).
