Hey y’all - I have horrific prenatal depression. I am seriously struggling after going off medication when I found out I was pregnant.

I know there are safe meds and I tried Zoloft for a day but it made me incredibly ill to the point where I stayed home from work.

Does anyone have anything that worked from them? I need to build a safe happy environment for little one to arrive into and I can’t do that feeling like this. Any help at all is appreciated!
