Nexplanon and hair loss

Does nexplanon cause hair loss? My hair is falling in chunks after just brushing my fingers through my hair even when my hair is completely detangled and I’m scared since I already have really thin hair and now this is happening. I already have an almost noticeable bald patch on the back of my head and i feel so ugly and unattractive.

I’m only 23 and I don’t have any kids, my hair didn’t fall as bad as this before I got it inserted. Anything I can do? 😓
