Am I pregnant?

So I took a pregnancy test April 15th and this was the result which I found hard to believe! And kept it hidden from everyone cause I was worried about telling others and then to find out it’s false.

Then today I realised my urine was cloudy and dark yellow and also had a strong smell to it and I’ve been feeling sick and dizzy a lot. Also sleeping a lot more which I used to struggle to sleep due to insomnia and whenever I slept I’d end up waking up with bad dreams which I blame my anxiety and depression for that but recently I’ve been sleeping great with no bad dreams.

I then decided to take another pregnancy test this morning and this is the result now. And
