2nd Trimester Screening/Elevated Hcg

Has anyone had elevated levels of hcg reported from their screening? I had the nipt done and negative for any chromosomal defects and then the state second trimester screening (can’t recall what they call it) also negative for chromosomal defects HOWEVER my dr called to say my hcg level was elevated. She said not to worry (ha ha) I’m scheduled for the ultrasound soon too. But I was anxious and googled it (DONT!) and it has me worried more. Anyone else have this happen?
