Antidepressants/Anxiety medication and Pregnancy

I take Lexapro for severe anxiety, my doctor says that the benefits outweigh any risks and I’m better off being relaxed and stress free than off my medication and a complete anxious mess or having panic attacks.

I don’t know why I am sort of skeptical and worried that it’s not okay to do, although another part of me knows how many people are on medication for mental health in this world so surely not everyone stops during pregnancy and people have health babies.

I guess I’m after opinions on who is on medication for mental health related reasons and who has been on it all the way with beautiful healthy babies. 😍
