Anyone mastered the put down?

Question

Anyone that was having a hard time having baby stay asleep while putting him/her down master the skill? If so... please do share the tricks.

I call it the toss and run lol. I put him down with the nightlight and white noise and bolt out of that room like no ones business. I go back in and check and calm down if I hear fussing, but it has to be louder than the white noise. I put him down and don’t look back lol

I have to rock her to sleep and she has to be knocked out before I can set her down

The trick is to not put them in their crib asleep. Make sure they’re drowsy, but not completely asleep. When you put them down asleep they wake up and cry because they’re in a different spot than when they were awake before. So they get confused and cry. I learned this from takingcarababies on instagram and it’s worked wonders.

Seems to depend on how asleep she is. I make sure she’s basically dead to the world, no pacifier, nothing, before I even attempt it. I know they say to put them down sleepy but that does NOT work for my LO and she doesn’t seem to panic when she wakes up in her pack and play.
I hug her real close and then bend my entire body over to lay her down. I put pink noise on my phone before I do so that she’s used to the sound and it doesn’t startle her. If I need to leave the room (like during daytime naps) I have my iPad playing the pink noise instead so I can have my phone.

I had so many problems with this! 5-10 times a night my 4 week old would wake up within 10 minutes of me putting him in his crib 😩
The ONLY thing that worked for us is swaddling him with a thin blanket, nursing him to sleep and then swaddling with a thick blanket. It seems to stop him from waking up! And obviously the room temp has to be lower. I keep it at 65 farenheit now 
Last night he slept from 8:20 pm- 2:30 am and then 3:30 am to 8:15 am!! We just discovered the double swaddle 2 nights ago and it’s been life changing!

I sit on babies blanket/ crib sheet and then put him on that as it’s then warm.

I put the swaddling blanket on her back while I hold her (we'retummuy to tummy), then finish the swaddle with her in her bassinet so there's less movement and she stays warm

My little one does find at night, but day time naps are difficult. 
I used to is the rock and play but can’t do that anymore. Sometimes I get lucky when I put her on the couch and she stays asleep but it’s rare. Still trying to master it. 
My mom did mention to try and warm the spot where I’m going to lay her with the heating pad so that will be my next move.

sometimes I swaddle him, nurse him, paci, and then put him down while hes still awake but sleepy. he definitely sleeps longer if he falls asleep in his bed. 
I can usually always tell when hes ready to take a long nap. 
sometimes I put on baby music from Netflix to fall asleep to. but I dont use it every night. I dont want him to be dependent on it.

I have the halo bassinet so the side goes down when you lean on it. I bring the baby up close to my chest and lower my whole self and baby down so he still is touching me when I put him in bed. Kinda looks like I’m squishing him with my boobs but it seems to work at least to avoid startle reflex. I slowly ease away
