messed up

so I've been in a long distance relationship for a year the first year together so 2 years, but bc we've been apart I feel like it's pullin us apart emotionally as well and I haven't been completely faithful which he knows about. I don't intend to hurt him I do care about him but I've just felt lonely bc he never made an effort to move where I live until I mentioned another guy liking me and me sorta liking him back. so now my bf is moving up here and I just don't know if it's gonna work out, but I don't know about this other guy bc he told me he wanted to be my bf but he can't bc he doesn't have the time for a gf so he just wants to be fwb but I don't wanna ruin a good relationship with my bf just bc this other guy wants to be fwb. I just don't know what to do. helpp please??
