Birth control

I never post anything on here but I don’t have a question to see if any of you ladies have the same issue... I’ve had the implant that goes in your arm for my birth control. And in the begging not was good, it didn’t affect me at all, but then my periods become so irregular. Sometimes I wouldn’t get them for a month and the next I would get them for 2-3 weeks? And have a week without me getting my period, and back again I would get it for 2-3 weeks or for my luck I would get them even longer. I’m just wondering if this has happened to any of you because im starting to wonder if I should just get it taken out? What do you think?
