So what exactly is withdrawal bleeding I hear there is some controversy when people say it’s not a good indicator of being not pregnant. What if you get it every month and it’s heavy not just spotting but basically like a actual period and experiencing cramps etc. does that mean you aren’t pregnant?? Just confusing because I see people saying it’s not a good indicator
