How much do you pump and what's your schedule like?

How much do you pump, how often, and how often does your baby feed? I'm in a weird situation. I started pumping and feeding with bottles in the beginning as my son wouldn't latch. He's now latching and I'm slowly transitioning to breastfeeding only. I find pumping stressful because I don't know how often to do it?? If I do it an hour before he's hungry again then it seems like he doesn't get enough?? When I do pump, I'm only getting 4-5 oz total... Which is how much he would do in one feeding when I'd feed him a bottle. He feeds every 3 hours. Prior to breastfeeding I was pumping 7-8oz total every 3 hours. All this timing is annoying though, how are you mom's doing it?
