TMI !!!

So I have very chapped nipples and Ariola’s while pregnant, so I put cream and things on them to keep them from getting chapped. It’s been working just fine so tonight I’m doing it as usual, and I look and see that I have some type of leaking... I did breastfeed with my first born so I wouldn’t be surprised to have started leaking a little early, so I squeezed my breast and I seen this clear liquid come out of my ducts my ( nipple ) I’m 20weeks and 5days is anyone else leaking or have you leaked this early?
