Blurry Vision Headache?!

Question

So for the 2nd or 3rd time in a few weeks I had this bad headache today accompanied with super spotty eye floaters and blurred vision that lasted for about an hour. It’s like a migraine (I guess? I never got them before) and super weird/scary because the eye floaters impair my vision, and I’m worried bc it can be a sign of high blood pressure. The odd thing is I’ve normal tests and no high BP in any of my prenatal appointments thus far. (My last appt was 4/17.)
Is anyone else getting these and should I be worried ??

i would be seen when it starts to happen ive been pregnant twice before this pregnancy and both times i had what they call complex migraines which takes my vision on one side and sometimes numbness of fingers and impaired speech

Over here sister 👋😕 got hospitalized at 13 weeks bc my vision got so bad. (I have no headache accompanying the vision issues FYI). They were worried bc my BP was totally normal. So I got checked for a brain aneurysm, all clear. I got out on migraine meds and felt better for a while. This week has been hitting me HARD. Just got off the phone with the doc, they're calling in more meds and going to see if that helps. If not, they want me to go in just to get BP checked out. No migraines or even headaches pre-pregnancy, literally never had a headache in my life. I too just got told I have "complex migraines" after seeing several specialists- which I interpret as 'we dunno'. Caffeine, water/pedialite, and meds help me. Def caffeine.

What kind of spotty eye floaters? Is it spots or more like looking through a kaleidoscope?
