Milk intolerance

Is there anyone with experience with their babies having milk intolerance?

My little girl has always had really runny nappies. And now have started becoming very mucusy and watery. She will do the loudest wettest trumps that always accompanies watery mucus.

She is always quite snotty and rubs her face a lot like it’s irritating her.

Here are some of her nappies just to show what I mean

The top one is how it is now and the bottom few weeks ago so getting worse

She is also quite colicky and spits up a lot. Does this sound like intolerance?
