My morning sickness tips
I'm copying from my post in my baby due date month cause I'm lazy
Ello! After my first slightly debilitating morning sickness episode of this pregnancy, I decided to try and help others by giving some tips. Here we go!
1. Dont eat or drink anything cold during a bout of morning sickness and try to limit it even when not feeling sick. The temperature may shock your system and cause a prompt evacuation of anything in your stomach.
2. Try getting a bag of mints or hard candy and keep it handy for if you run our of snack right when your blood sugar drops. It'll help keep your last small meal down while you go scavenging for something to eat.
3. If your nausea is really bad, keep dry bland foods in stock. If it isnt? Then you may be able to afford the flavor lol. Munching on saltines or cheerios before getting out of bed or on the way to work can do a load of good.
4. If possible, get something warm to eat or drink. Oatmeal is always a good choice, especially with fruits and such. Tea is also good but make sure it's safe to drink while pregnant. I know mint tea is good and I think chamomile is as well. Both are caffeine free so that's a plus!
I hope these tips help. You've prolly heard of some of the others like eating small meals and so on but these are my go to rules. I hope they help!
