They went up 1 cup size during pregnancy, and 2 cup sizes while breastfeeding. I started at an A cup, by the time I started breastfeeding I was a D cup. I've not been breastfeeding for 5 months now, and I'm a B cup.

My cup size didn’t really grow during pregnancy but my ribs expanded. I had to get an extender thing for my bra clasps. 
When my milk came in they went up about one size, but went back down before one year postpartum.
