Cycle Problems

So I’m on cycle #3 now for TTC. I removed my IUD in February and I’ve been frustrated I haven’t been able to conceive yet but I noticed with this period that my cycle is different every month. But I take the ovulation test and BD when it’s positive.

First time I got my period was 2 days after the removal, the next month I was 8 days late, the next month I was 1 day early. Is this common with IUD removal? Is this why I can’t get pregnant? (Possibly)
